Happy New Year

My very first post in 2007!! Yesterday was New Year Eve and I started the day off by having a small gathering with my JC friends...Later, I met OP for a movie which he highly recommended...

However, I got a terrible shock during the movie which I felt cannot be mentioned here..haha...Anyway, it was funny but a bit extreme!! Keke....The most exciting part of my celebration is the DUCK TOUR!!

OP meant to keep it a surprise, however, I saw him purchasing the tickets so it wasn't a surprise anymore. Nevertheless, we were both very excited since this was our first ride together. The DUCK tour offers a combined City and Habour tour, which meant it can travel both on sea and land...wooo~~~It's an hour ride but it is a bit expensive though...

We started off at 8pm, and the highlight was the SPLASH. It was the moment where the DUCK headed for the water, it went down with a splash..haha...needed to be careful if not you'll be all wet! haha....The ride in the water was simply beautiful!! so cooling and so beautiful cos of all the lightnings.....

In the boat, we looked at the side of the river and saw tonnes of people! Really a lot lot of people, already waiting for the countdown at 12am and the 8 min fireworks...Me and OP had decided not to join in to watch the fireworks cos we knew how painful and difficult it would be when it was time to return home after the fireworks. How can you return home easily when there was about 170, 000 people together in the same place!!!

Anyway, the DUCK tour was fun and we enjoyed it a lot!! Happy 2007, everyone!! :)
