My first baking experience

Yesterday was my first baking session! My colleague arranged a baking session for us at a place in Sims Lane and we were taught to bake a log cake and a bread!!

I've never baked before and was naturally quite excited!! A pity that we went there after work and I did not have a camera to take photos of the "baking in process"...

I partnered with Sufen and we started adding the ingredients, measuring and mixing the ingredients at Teacher's instructions.. It was fun!! However, the waiting time for the log cake and bread was a bit long.. By the time they were ready, it was almost 1030pm!! So tired and hungry as we did not have dinner as we needed to reach there by 7pm...

The really fun part came when it's time to deco the log cake.. I spread cream and coco powder on it before I put the Christmas deco on it.. haha.. It looked quite ugly :p

Baking was fun but quite troublesome also.. but the effort is worthwhile =) My own cake, yeah!!
